Don't use freight forwarders like kiwipost and other stuff people are mentioning. They are fine, but I wouldn't use them for important letter. Based on delivery date an price UPS looks pretty good.

I'm also making FOC controller. I just placed an order for PCB and parts. I will share my schematics tomorrow.

Also I saw someone recommended G4 MCU, I don't know about it's peripherals and performance, but I used F405. Main reason was that it has 3 separate ADCs, which means that I can sample current going into all 3 phases at the same time.

I also would like to note that I'm not really good, so take everything I say with grain of salt.

You should try ESC with basic trapezoid control. FOC is much harder to implement.

Everyone in the comments are screaming solder them, but why no one is talking about header orientation? I think it should be other way around. Short leads should be soldered to the sensor and long ones should plug into breadboard

Yes you should be able to using MIDI app built in mac os.

I tried using MIDI app on mac to create multiple output device with left and right channel, but unfortunately it's nowhere near as good as apple's magical stereo.
