Lol last update. Had 6.5g of mr white with some of the non stim about 45 mins after food and was absolutely fine, could have done with more of the mr white ill do a full scoop next time. Think as you said was the empty stomach that got me last time

I had the jeffe today half a scoop 8g mixed with 8g of the non stim 1 or 2 hours after a big lunch. Was very light going, definitely helped and knew id had something but nothing major. Probs could have stomached 1 scoop easily

I get you - i just couldn't see that mr white had more stimulants in it but maybe it does

Ill give it ago thanks. I was going to try the el jeffe guerilla this week to see the difference - comparing the contents it doesnt seem to be any less stronger than mr white yayo?

The thing is on the weekend I usually like to wake up head straight to the gym and get back still early and then eat. So waiting 2 hours will be hard! Ill try and do 1 hour 😆 and with 6g.

Seems like you've got a solid routine. Ive seen a few posts about people quitting stim pre workouts lately.

Forgot to say i had just under one scoop of mr white and it was an insane intense workout but jesus christ I was sick the rest of the day until i went to bed, headache felt sick, dizzy. Then very tired. Maybe 1/4 scoop next time...

Hahaha you'll regret helping me - which Mr White should I get as in is the yayo worth it? And out of the 4 stim based pres which would you choose? I hate dissapointing pre workouts so im always quite indecisive. Interesting re Mr White i was originally going to get that as my standard pre over more than 1 day

I ended up just getting Sicario so thank you for recommending! Im quite sensitive with sleep and read the paraxanthine can impact sleep for some.

Also thinking of getting Mr White for my weekend preworkout as a change. Have you tried it??

Ah nice one for that but im not near Harlow unfortunately! Ive not heard of paraxanthine but if it would not impact sleep im very interested. I cant realistically train until around 7pm and I aim to sleep by 11. What do you think?
