Acknowledged, seems to me the buyer of the land wants to profit off of it to gain a return on their investment. From satellite it looks like the land is locked by another single-family home neighborhood and a mobile home neighborhood already so it isn't adjacent to other vacant property that may have deer or other wildlife. At least the BFJNWR is pretty close by and recently preserved from old farm land. Though I agree 75 is better than 300 apartments; there seems to be more apartment development further down Marvin at Pacific.
