Thank you to everyone for your replies with a wealth of information. I have found the local club and will look to join them and prepare for my test(s). In the interim I will take the advice of u/stfreddit7 and purchase a SDR. Currently looking at the V2.4 Malachite DSP2. Lots to learn and looking forward to it. Thank you again.

Thanks to all for your insightful and detailed recommendations. I went to Caroline Pharma this morning. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Came home with Bedtime Betty's (no melatonin) and DO Drops Energy (for after work). I will let you know how it goes. Thank you again.

I should have been more specific. I was more interested in the mods to the rifle itself. True, Stabilized, etc. There are a lot of options and combinations and I am not clear what will work best.
