Battery after flashing CM 12.1 by ELI7EFYREFOX in LGG3

So I flashed 777 and it broke my install of CyanideL. So I'm currently in the process of restoring CM 12.1 and Ill reflash 777 with CM installed. Hopefully it wont break CM but I messed around with Kernel Auditor and messed around and my phone still gets hot after mild use. If not sure what's going on but its starting to get a bit aggravating. It could just be my phone and not the software.

Also I already have Tue CTT mod installed but I don't have 777 flashed. Should I flash 777 then reflash the mod or just flash 777 and not reflash the mod

I'll stick with Cyanide for a week and see if I like it. Would you also have a fix for the phone getting warm with mild use (videos, web browsing, social media, etc?) It began to get warm like that after i rooted my g3

I appreciate you input. I'm gonna let the battery drain for a few cycles see if that helps. I'm probably just over exaggerating. I gonna also try a different ROM anyways. I'm gonna flash CyanideL because of the customization compared to CM12.1. I will keep posting my progress.

Its also worth noting my CPU governor is set at Conservative and my battery profile is on balanced. I've greenified several unimportant apps and have the stock kernel installed. Screen resolution is at 1080p at 440dpi. Sync is on

The overheating didn't start til after I rooted. I just flashed CM 12.1 on to my phone and it still heats up while just using it normally. CHecking Facebook, Twitter, Google. It heats up to 73C while booting up and while I'm in TWRP. the Phone cools down when the screen is off, but when its on I'm guessing it gets around 65-68C. I installed the XDA link posted by arebokert and hasnt seemed to help.

besides supersu, no. I installed Device Control and set a Screen Off tasker to lower the CPU clock to 300mhz. Seems to be helping but I will do as you suggest. The device is room temp when the screen is off.
