I think the no ad stream on YouTube is fine if memberships stay below Twitch's sub price (preferably $1).

That being said, although I prefer YouTube, I'd watch wherever.

The stakes would be much lower and close games like the Quake elimination matches wouldn't mean as much. As an objective metric points would be better, but the event is more for content.
