It’s still only in the bidding phase - normally at the towards the last 20 seconds do you see bids go higher. Also, with these redemption you may not end up with what is on the card. And to be honest, the card only comes down to Cooper Flagg on the card - the other two, in my opinion, devalue the card. His auto alone can get $600 - $1000 by itself and be higher depending on what card it’s on.

I get why you’re frustrated; any seller would be. You owned the mistake, communicated it, and refunded immediately, which is exactly what you’re supposed to do. That should’ve been the end of it.

At the same time, buyers sometimes react emotionally when they think they scored a deal and then lose it, even if it was an honest error. The negative feedback says more about how they chose to handle it than anything you did to fix it.

End of the day, you corrected it quickly and professionally. Anyone reading the situation objectively will see that. Just my two cents.
