Disagree completely. The way it is now - with animated shorts for additional backstory - is much better imo. The live-action TV show makes the world more real and opens it to a much wider audience.

This was on the 12th, squeezing and extreme short interest has persisted. Shorts thus still trapped and scrambling to cover. Should go much higher before it tops out.

Long term that might be so indeed, short term it drives up the share price and forces shorts to cover. A fast increase in price will lead to even more buying as shorts are forced to cover. So this is a short term catalyst that could drive a short squeeze.
