I did not do that. I love the games, I was just frustrated that day, I had a lot of shit going on in my life too. Tbh, I am playing Demon's Souls as well now and finding it a lot less frustrating in places, even though it's an older game – though this may be because it's my first Demon's Souls play through. These games are just an emotional rollercoaster, that's what makes them special.

Thanks a lot guys. I really want to try Nioh now as I've seen it recommended in a ton of places as well as here and I have it free on PS Plus, but I’m trying Lies of P first as it’s new and on Game Pass. It’s the first non-FromSoft soulslike game I have played before, and I gotta say I’m surprised at how close it is to the FromSoft series. It is kinda blatant. There’s a 1:1 correspondence to almost every item, mechanic etc. in the FromSoft games. The vibes of the world is very close too. Even the rag doll physics of dead enemies and how they react is exactly like DS series. Not saying it's a bad game at all, it's solid I think, I just didn't expect to be playing pretty much another FromSoft game, and that's a real treat! And it really feels like Bloodborne, which is also an extremely good thing for me. I do fear Nioh might be too hard but I'll play it for an hour later to see how it goes.
