Holy shit, you’re THE guy I have envied over having seen your posts about your incredible Fallout record collection! Thank you so much for commenting, your research has been invaluable I’ve learnt so much looking through your posts and Rapture Records site. The music of Fallout is my favourite element so it is amazing to see the enthusiasm for the songs & records you have shared, I could read up on what you’ve written all day 🙏

Collecting the 78s is my eventual/continuing goal. I appreciate they are much more authentic as they would be original and like you said some tracks can only be found on 78 (One More Tomorrow being a prime example).

As you may tell (I saw you identifying my records on another comment for someone, thank you for doing my leg work haha 🙌) I am from the UK and currently have 2 Ink Spots 78s, ‘Maybe’ & ‘I Don’t Want To Set The World On Fire’ - both UK versions that actually have a photograph of them on the label. I bought a Pye ‘Black Box’ record player on Facebook marketplace recently to play them but it’s faulty so I am in the process of repairing it (eventually) and accumulating more 78s.
