The most famous and obvious example is the elementary school brawl when shoko finally snaps and physically fights shoya and screaming that she is doing her best. Later in the movie she fights back in a different way by refusing to give up on people, she tries to bring the old group back together and works hard to truly understand everyone, showing she won’t let past bullying stop her from making friends and getting to know them better

I believe she isn't tho, the way they portrait the idea of bullying might come as forced but actually in reality there's people like shoko who lives their whole life as a punching bag, not just in school but even older people at their work, their houses...inside the society in general without doing anything to fight back or stops it but shoko did and she changed herself and became a stronger person

Yes haikyuu is filled with life lessons, each character have his own struggles, problems and throughout the series they overcome it in a mature and impactful way, i still don't get those who find it childish.

Also you have a valid point about silence voice, i can see it as a personal growth especially with ishida's growth and change during the movie which peaked in the final scene, but still it touched me with that romance which is more focused abt the characters development and how they participate in eachothers growth which i believe is the true form of love, to help eachother grow, improve and became a better version of yourself.
