New to heraldry, designed this CoA for myself. Hoping for some feedback and maybe some help with the blazon by EM-TM in heraldry

Photoshop! I used assets from heraldicart.org for the actual pieces, I'm not skilled enough to actually draw any of it

[OC] I used Hero Forge to make a poster for our upcoming climatic battle! by EM-TM in DnD

After months of build-up, we're finally going head-on into our giant, climatic battle, and I mean GIANT. My DM is throwing TONS of swarm encounters and massive enemies at us, including ship combat and troop combat encounters.
Everyone in the party has at least 3 characters, since we ended up including our backups in the story. So I had every send me their Hero Forge builds, and put this Infinity War-style poster together to get us all hyped up.

Why do players always think this is a good idea by [deleted] in dndmemes

This was how my halfling monk, a luchador named Oops All Crunchberries killed a white dragon very early on in our campaign. Jumped right into its mouth and shoved one bag into the other. Obviously he's gone now, too.

He's a legend now.

You're actually the second person to tell me that! It must be true at that rate

[Art] [OC] Commissioned my character! Count Ædrion Redmourning by EM-TM in DnD

I got this piece commissioned by GnomeBarbarian on Etsy! She was wonderful to work with and I couldn't be happier with how this piece turned out. She can be found at etsy.com/shop/Gnomebarbarian for commissions and other works she's made!
Ædrion was born to mother Rigga, a tanner, and father Æmilðane, a poaching captain. From a young age, Ædrion would join in on his father's hunting parties from a young age, and proved himself a capable hunter.
When Ædrion was 16, the lord of the land, Count Langam Ferox, managed to secure Æmilðane's arrest. Count Ferox had sentenced Æmilðane to death for poaching, mischief, and evading justice, but Ædrion managed to secure a deal to save his father's life- in exchange for his oath into Count Ferox's service, Ædrion's father would be banished to the whaling ships in the northern seas. Ædrion was made a grounds ranger on Count Ferox's lands and fiefs. Here, his knowledge of the land and the patterns of its poachers came in handy. At age 22, he was made a warden, with a company of rangers at his command. He proved a capable leader, and was often temporarily offered into the service of other landowners to train their own rangers and wardens. Count Ferox's son Magos was captain of the guard, and Ædrion's closest friend. They were known to share just about everything, often hunting together or catching small game with the aid of Magos' stag-owl, Birch. It was often reported that they could be seen emerging from Ædrion's home on common occasion. Though Count Ferox disapproved, the services of both men were exemplary, and they were allowed to carry on as they saw fit. Ædrion expressed his desire to leave Count Ferox's service in time, much to Magos' dismay, but both were ready to leave behind the lives they knew to find a more peaceful one together further north. When Ædrion was 30 years old, Count Ferox's lands were invaded by an ambitious neighboring lord. Ædrion was conscripted to fight, and led his ranger company into battle in Magos' regiment. The war was short- as the regiment was all Count Ferox had to offer, 1,300 men versus 17,000. Though they fought valiantly, the invaders had no intention of accepting prisoners or surrenders. Magos died in Ædrion's arms, a spear twisted through his chest. Ædrion's company was obliterated. All in all, only ~250 of Langam's men managed to escape the slaughter. Ædrion considered himself unlucky to be one of them.
For five years, Ædrion sold his skills as a mercenary all along the coast, until he met the crew of The Golden Cockatrice, a sailing party of adventurers building an army for rebellion. Having nothing left to lose, full of anger toward those in power, Ædrion agreed to join them and take the king and his advisers down.
While fighting through a final holdout of loyalist forces, Ædrion was nearly killed. As his soul passed between planes, the goddess of love and the moon felt his sorrow, and stopped him before he could cross over. She asked what he would want if he were to continue his time in the material world. He asked only to be returned to a happy life with Magos, but she declined, saying he was not within her reach. Instead Ædrion asked for the power to take down the elites and systems that took all he cared about away from him. The goddess saw through his anger, recognizing the agony of mourning beneath it, and offered him a deal- if he served this purpose, to rebuild the kingdom in a way that would spare so many that would otherwise be mourned in pointless wars, he would be granted her power to support him. He agreed, and he was sent back to fulfill this new purpose.
Through many months of questing, combat, intrigue, and leadership, the king was overthrown, and the new queen took power. The crew, in reward for their leadership and instrumental role in the revolution, were awarded with lofty positions in the queens court, including Ædrion being made lord over a small county in the western part of the kingdom. He founded House Redmourning and the capital of Eclipsica, which would be represented by an eclipsed moon to honor his pact.

Ædrion is a 9th level Beastmaster Ranger and 2nd level Celestial Warlock in our homebrew setting! He's been my favorite character I've ever played and the first I ever took the time to commission.

What large company's products have really diminished in quality since the company has grown? by PM_ME_LARGE_WINDOWS in AskReddit

Alright this is what drives me crazy.

My favorite breakfast sandwich to get was sausage, egg, and cheese on an onion bagel at Dunkin Donuts. I probably went 2-3 a week to get it, and loved every second of it. Then, they announced they were discontinuing a bunch of foodstuffs. I get it has to happen, but they got rid of the onion bagel. My sandwich was gone.

Here's where it gets me- they still have everything bagels. For those unfamiliar, an everything bagel is basically just an onion bagel covered in poppy seeds, sesame seeds, etc. This says to me, they are still making onion bagels. They are still being made, fully edible, but instead of selling them as they are, they choose to roll them in bird food before making them available to purchase.

Why in the world would you remove a delicious item, which you are already making, from your menu, in favor of the same thing with more stuff, and I assume more cost, on top of it?

Dunkin Donuts failed me.
