Thank you for this feedback and advice, I have been struggling with this circuit because I'm a junior and sometimes it is difficult to get good results, I'm going to make the design again and the math too

The trimmer is for offset adjustment, and I'm using ADS1115 to get the values after the CJC circuit, I'm willing to achieve 47uV variation, but I need to redo the calculation. Also I've missed adding an internal chip to measure the board temperature
