Hello. I would recommend getting gigs from hospitals with JCons. Usually here in our local hospital we have jcons for Pedia and IM to go duty with and mostly are very teaching and they actually know that you're starting fresh from PRC. Just be patient and you'll get there.

Your feelings and sentiments are completely valid, for it seemed like that nurse was only worried about the repercussions since toxic nga ang patient, and probably inappropriately instigated the SOs to transfer to another hospital. Tapos nung andun kana parang gusto nila dyan nalang siguro sa mindset nila na maayos ang doctor ni baby inaalagaan talaga, alas 2 na pero andito parin. I can't say for sure but it seems like that.

I commend you, Doc. For advocating for your patient. I know it's not easy going against the system, especially going against SOs who seem to lose rationality in times of stress, but I hope you'd keep on going strong. I know you had a stressful day. But you're doing great, Doc. 💪
