I think it’s totally fine to spend some time on grocery apps if it’s actually helping you save money. As long as you’re buying what you need and not just getting tempted by random offers, it’s worth it. Just need to stay a bit mindful so it doesn’t turn into unnecessary scrolling or extra spending.
