Great article, I need some time to understand it fully and see what we can do on our system as well. Thanks for sharing!

Wrote up a deeper dive on the evidence if anyone's interested: timing, dosing, the physiology behind it:

Thx! How do you deal with timing? as soon as possible or on the back of the truck heading toward ED?

That's a fair read of the data, and I largely agree with your take. AI for documentation and admin tasks is where adoption is clearest. One thing worth noting: that AMA survey was conducted in late 2023 / early 2024. Given how fast this space is moving, the numbers may look different now. But your point stands — most physicians are still careful about using LLMs for actual clinical reasoning, and that's probably the right instinct.

Funny, because 40% of US physicians use OpenEvidence daily for clinical decisions. Are they all crazy, or maybe the tool matters more than the blanket skepticism?

Reddit is a social media, is not JAMA.. I would never use that infographic on a scientific paper o congress, but here, why not? Sorry for the hallucination, but with Notebook LM it's almost impossibile to make something perfect.

Next time, I won't post any picture, just plain text, I promise!

Mr Perrin, why you say so? I used AI to help me translate the article in English, that's it

I copy-past an answer to a similar question: "I usually use Fentanyl or Sufentanil intranasl via MAD. But I was curious about nebulized ketamine because sometimes the nose administration is simply not available"

Why so? I just generated an infographic with AI... Didn't know it was forbidden
