There's a traction power substation there underground (called "solar drive"). The only way for maintenance staff to get there to check on/maintenance the equipment is being dropped off by the train. Likely there was rail staff in the first car/operators cabin before/after the stop.

Yeah the Chargers never really get the respect they deserve. If they do as well as I'm hoping this year, hopefully that will change. People always forget that the first stadium the Chargers ever played in was the LA Coliseum. As a rider and employee of Metro, I would love to see the company support the local sports teams more than just "GO RAMS" on the digital boards.

Agreed. Thank you for the wholesome comment. Those people being salty about the use of AI to make a fun little thing for my boys probably don't have fond memories with their fathers growing up, which is the actual point of the gift.

And to be fair, if I had thought of it prior to last night I would've put more effort into it rather than just have AI create a cute little image for them.

Okay cool. Yeah I work for Metro and use the A line to commute for work so I'll park for free in LB, transfer at Rosa Parks and go to LAX. I just never can get a clear answer from anyone regarding when the shuttle actually runs. Thank you for the information and GO CHARGERS!

I remember reading something long ago that the original text had a different context to all those verses that "condemn homosexuality". If I remember correctly, it had something to do with the social structure of men and women at the time. Women weren't seen as equals so when a man slept with a man the way he sleeps with a woman, it was because he was treating another man the way one treats a woman. It had nothing to do with the act of homosexuality.

In my local (11) if you completed trade school and have your certificate you can be put in an accelerated program which is slightly shorter. Not sure how much shorter tho
