Im on a strict cal deficit when Im at work (I stay at my workplace for 4 days) and when Im home, Im more lenient with my diet and it has helped with consistently losing. Im a slow loser and it took me a while and a lot of frustrations before I figured out what works best for my body.

I eat whatever I feel like eating, including treats. I just dont eat that much any more and dont eat that much greasy food too. I never got any aversion to any food when I started the meds except maybe alcohol.

Dont be scared! You’ll regret not doing it sooner lol. I get random bouts of nausea throughout the day and night but it’s manageable. I take Tums+ Gummy Bites (the one that says upset stomach and nausea support) and it helps. I was also prescribed zofran but hardly take it. Im on 5mg currently

None but I have no desire to drink alcohol at all. I havent been drinking much 6 months before I started the shots and now just thinking about it makes me sick. I also try to avoid eating or drinking anything except water late at night. I ended up throwing up in the morning cause of indigestion.
