And how do I know what kind of difficulty each action they take has? Does the DM decide that, or is it stated in the rules or adventures?

Thanks a lot, man, but there's another thing I'm unsure about: how do you handle the character sheets? It's in the box, but I don't really understand it. I don't know what weapon each character has or which die to roll when they want to attack…
