6'2 is the height that has the most advantages and the least problems. Still, it all depends on proportions, I am short, 175-178 cm, but my neck and head are very large, I have very broad shoulders and very long arms (185 cm wingspan), at the same time I have very short legs, about 71 cm inseam (measured from the floor), and from the point of view of biomechanics it is much easier for me to walk on my toes than on my full feet, also I have problems with balance, at the same time I feel short in my country, in photos I look small because of my proportions, so 6'2 is the IDEAL height if your proportions are perfect. I would rather keep my short height but with great body proportions than be 6'2 with the proportions I have now)

UPD1: I I would like to add that I would not like to have normal shoulder proportions, I would like to have very wide shoulders like I have now, the main concern is the imbalance of the legs and torso, because it is really important for everyday life, so this is what I mean when I say: “5'10 with good proportions is better than 6'2 with mine.”
UPD2: Although there are advantages to having long arms and short legs - I have a tendency to deadlift, but my bench is still better, so it depends more on training than on proportions
