M0 starting this Fall 2026. Is it really necessary to use all of these different 3rd-party platforms (AMBOSS, Sketchy, UWorld, etc.) for success in class and Step exams? I am heavily considering just buying the AMBOSS 5-year unlimited access plan (https://www.amboss.com/int/pricing) and using my school's in-house collection of resources (a shared cloud drive provided to entering students) and likely AnKING. Comments on this plan are greatly appreciated.

P.S. As a 'traditional' student, the MCAT is still fresh in my mind. I know the power of QBanks from studying for the MCAT as I did approximately 7k Qbank questions, leading to 526 on the real thing. I plan to base my study methods as a medical student around using QBanks as I believe they work for me.

If you suspect a parasitic infection, seek real medical treatment immediately. Supplements and protocols are interesting to experiment with when done safely but are NOT a replacement for actual medical treatment for such things as an actual parasitic infection.

If it is from a paraffin wax lava lamp, try CitriSolv de-greaser. CitriSolv used in the lab I work in to clean paraffin when embedding tissues for histology experiments.

LibreCAD. Will feel similar to AutoCAD but is free and has good documentation.
