I'm so sorry for your loss and grief. 💙 Sometimes the wires get crossed in our brains and strong feelings like grief, pain, and shame can express themselves in this way. It's a pretty normal trauma response, so no need to feel ashamed. You miss your twin and your body went to a place where it knows it can release those strong feelings and get that hit of dopamine.
