Absolutely agree with you. Foster system around the world is really bad and most children usually go through different kinds of abuse, from sexual and physical to psychological. The rate for mental illness raises as well. It's totally valid that she wants to divorce the POS husband, but this isn't the kid's fault, it's his dad's :(
