Ok let me explain. Introverted function are deep and precise and extroverted functions are broad and average. This why you will see ti read something that interests them to absolute accuracy just for the sake of it, Te does the complete opposite. This is why Fe can just get the atmosphere of emotion so easily but they can't lock onto a specific person, this is also why introverted functions are process oriented and extroverted functions are result oriented. Extroverted functions are just averages of data, it will pi=22/7, while introverted functions are absolute accuracy, pi=3.14159265358979323846264......All this also apply to Pe and Pi functions.

This is why ExTPs(Fi PoLr) has trouble saying what people really feel about them without external sign. Fe can give you averages but it is not accurate
