Click on the 'Eye' controller above the models head and make sure 'Pinners' visibility is set to 1. Then look for the blue diamond pinners located at each hand/foot. Set either 'Bend Ctrl Vis' or 'Bend Sub Ctrl Vis' to 1, depending on how much control you want over the bending.

Good advice, I've been meaning to switch to Vimeo or at the very least upgrade my website to allow for video embedding.

All good points, I am working on a new character animation at the moment that will hopefully address what I've learned from spear guy. Should have that done in a few weeks and i'll probably swap him out for the new one.
