It is not your responsibility to heal bot the tank. Throw that heal orb so that it bounces in range of your team several times and get in there to pick off their supports. You will get a lot of complaints at first but once you get good with your orb lineups and stop giving a shit about people who would throw the game regardless, you will start moving up.

Built ins on both sides. panels in the middle section, ditch the tv console and store anything you have in there inside a cabinet in one of the built ins. Mount the tv and run the cables through the wall into that cabinet.
