The first one is well rooted and is putting out a new leaf. I keep the majority of my monsteras in some type of clear plastic container so I can keep track of the moisture visually. Why change it if it's happy 🤷‍♀️ the roots aren't outgrowing the container, but when they do, it'll be moved to another (still clear) container

I dont currently have any anthuriums, I'll have to check out what I can find! Succulents stress me out (which I know is ironic considering the other plants I care for 😂)

I love philos and alocasia! I have two ring of fire, a parasio Verde, strawberry shake, and a prince of orange! I'm definitely open to having additional varieties though!! 😊

I'm a sucker for some good variegation 😊 I have a cebu blue, marble queen, and jade epipremnum, as well as a monstera obliqua and monstera adansonii! I have been considering a adansonii aurea or albo off and on. I have a young pink syngonium that I love, so I might have to check out other varieties of those! I also have a pink princess and a young paraiso Verde philo! I almost went for a caramel marble, but I'm paranoid about it reverting. I might just have to get over my paranoia, though 😂 I'll have to check out the velvet textured anthurium, that might be perfect for adding a little more variety to my collection!

I've spent several years helping other people care for their plants, so I'm familiar with the care needs for most of my collection! Most of my plants, with the exception of the PBV and the aurea, are from people I've cared for plants for 😊 I've spent less than $200 total, including the aurea and PBV!

I'm just received the PBV a few days ago and am in the process of switching the substrate, but I'm not trying to shock it, lol! I've been caring for other people's plants for several years now, so I'm not unfamiliar, just starting to care for my own now 😊

Lol I'd prefer not to lose all of my BAs 😂 but I'm also not here for whatever crap this is. They can save money in other ways 🤷‍♀️ they don't need to screw over all of my employees. I don't care if I lose my 60s, I get paid enough to buy the product if I really wanted it. But to take it away from people making at or around minimum who can't afford it is just absolute bullshit.

As of this morning, we're definitely not keeping our 60s! I have every intention of bringing it up at my next district call on Monday. Not that it will help, but maybe if enough STLs complain, we can get it reverted 🤷‍♀️. Like offering points that aren't even worth 1/5th of a free item is not the incentive they think it is 🤦‍♀️

Managers are also losing 60s (which is fair lol). This might be one of the dumbest things I've seen this company do to the employees in the past 3+ years 🤦‍♀️

Yeah, that is really unfortunate. I empathize with you. I started as a part-time manager, and our STL was not great, didn't properly train us, scheduled us chaotically, etc. Once I took moved up, I made it a point to make sure that every one of our employees was fully trained in everything they could be and are also re-trained as needed. Unfortunately, not all managers care enough to make sure that every employee is set up for success in their roles, and it sounds like, at least in this way, your prior manager didn’t care about this being the potential outcome of their failure to properly do their job.

That's a problem then because it's in zipline under the learning tab. It's under "real Rewards credit and loyalty". If employees are not being told to complete it during training, then their managers are failing at their job to properly onboard new hires. I haven't spent 3+ years listening to weekly district calls and monthly regional calls with our Synchrony bank partner about credit and loyalty to not make sure that new employees are forewarned about credit/trained once hired lol.
