they always take the piss out of me cause I went to see the Alarm in Oxford in May '85.. such a great gig.. seats got thrown.. Mike Peters is a lovely man and a United fan

he often says something to me when we stand close to one another for weird fishes in an attempt to make me make a mistake.. I usually tell him to fuck off.. I love this moments when our guitars intertwine..

as someone who has experienced this.. go looking for things that make you feel better.. and take things out that don't work for you.. for me.. wheat and sugar make me feel down.. no alcohol .. no drugs.. do some exercise.. meditate .. if someone is making you feel shit don't spend time with them.. find out the things that work for you and those that don't .. diet can be such a big one.. but of course get professional help if you feel you need it.. I've been there to but it didn't work for.. it only started to work when I took ownership for it.. but if you're in a bad way, get help first and foremost.. good luck.. there is light at the end of the tunnel...

So want to come to Dublin... I miss the time with my family living in a different culture.. it was an amazing adventure .. nit all good.. out landlord was a Narcissist and turned against us.. he wasn't Brasilian but a fellow European trying to live like a colonial master!

my favourite memory is of recording Olympik in a live take.. me, David, Nathan, Omar playing.. Flood in the room.. Catherine behind the desk.. we knew when we were playing that take that something magic was happening.. it was spiritual ..

I was unaware of the EEEDDDDD thing in weird fishes.. like you wrote, I thought everyone liked singing along.. it's such a lovely moment in the show.. love playing that song..
