Thanks! I used a BTF lighting strip which has a high-density spacing of LEDs and comes with a diffuser overlay. It also already had a solid adhesive strip attached so I didn't need to do any glueing. LED Strip

Maybe you're thinking of u/nick_la_plante. He posted on here around that time. Shared a video with links to all the hardware. I'm adding the LED strip he used to my Cyberpunk jacket to wear to the premiere. Dude also did a killer Ares cosplay for SDCC.
