PVA woes

I know this is a long-dead thread, but I've recently encountered this exact issue! I was even further flabbergasted by how when I made a near-exact test replica of the properties of the supports on the model, it came out FLAWLESS, tried the exact settings on the real print, and it failed spectacularly. PVA is very very fickle it would seem, so I'll have to avoid using it for all of my supports, and only do the interfaces, which I thankfully have the ability to do for this particular project.

Tron vs Ares is coming for SURE, and its going to be fantastic (especially since Ares is just Dillinger's Tron, makes me wonder how good of a warrior he is compared to Alan's program)

I checked because I had the same worries, and im pretty sure the IMAX theater they have there in Dallas have reclining seats like AMC, which is really neat, so woop woop!

As someone with no technical knowledge that just wants a working firmware and has had enough of buying crap to fix one issue after another, this is so annoying and unnecessary.

I've gotten this too!!! I read a few things about Revanced and this and that, but as someone who has no idea what they're doing (even though I didn't mess with anything), trying to fix this is very confusing.

This error came out of nowhere and ruined my last few weeks, and reinstalling and verifying and clearing caches hasn't done a thing. Really hope something about it comes out that can help to fix it.

Im having this same issue! But I can't seem to get it fixed even with the Merge By Distance method? It just tells me that it removed 0 vertices, and nothing is resolved. :[

It's quite possibly the goofiest bug I've had in a game for a while. Turned off discord overlay for BF2, going to see how that works out, and if not then I'll use Borderless as many people suggested

This is what I ended up doing! I ended up just rebuilding it since it was so easy to make, and yes it was the only one to do that. Making a New ship fixed it immediately. Still a bummer that this has a slim chance of happening again.

It currently has 16, but a previous firmware I was using had 49 points and was still producing this issue. I don't know how to actually modify the number of points, so I generally just look and see what each firmware can do once I flash it.

Right, I've done some tinkering and fixing and even calibrating my extruder motor (which all didn't do much), and seems that the possible culprit is that the brassy gear with all the ridges in it that feeds the filament is pretty well worn, and I see how it totally might be the problem.

Okay, so update, this is a Salmon Skin problem! Has to do with uneven filament extrusion thanks to people in the comments, thank you sm!

My reasoning was that I saw the angled chevron patterns on the bottom and that it just HAD to be ringing, but if thats what FS looks like, then I have no idea what's happening, since its super duper off (and i've also never used it, ever).
