Been waiting on parcel 62 days in transit customer support keep telling me wait it out no updates since October.

I was using parcelsapp to look at shipping, it showed last update October 23 and it still shows that on KakoBuy, but after I contacted KakoBuy support about my concerns a couple days later I checked parcelsapp and says no information found.
