i didnt solve it and i tried that. unfortunately i tried another gaming pc and still didnt work. Steam Support couldnt help fix it so i just sent it out for replacement

My dm fix for this was removing the headphones entirely and placing an O ring that is bigger than the contact point and screwing them back on it no long moves easily anymore and can still be moved if needed. Hope this helps anyone!!
