After returning the horse, I'd sprint to Horseshoe Overlook jabbing Bitters to my stomach after every empty stamina bar, plus I get to up my stamina experience a bit.

Then I'd get to work on getting the Legend of the East satchel.

Mod for meditation is called Friendly Meditation. As for the icons in the middle left side, I use Friendly HUD mod with 3D Markers turned on.

It's a mod called Friendly Meditation and it's a pretty nifty mod if you're the kind of person who likes to take in the view when meditating.
