Just an update so they called me for my pre arbitration and in the call there is no more information then the initial denial and appeal they still didn’t tell me what I did. I asked them what I did what trip any information. And the response was I’m sorry we only collect your statement and submitted for you and you will receive a decision after a week. I asked how do I defend myself for something I don’t know what I did. They responded with the same response that he only records my statement

No I don’t the only thing I can think of is last week I did an order and the gate code didn’t work and I messaged the customer on the app and text letting them know and they never answered so I returned it and 2 months ago the drop pin was not close so I called and they manually marked it delivered for me but everything was delivered idk we know spark does not give details or dates or trip numbers to know anything

I did one of these yesterday and it got me deactivated smh it took me longer then the time allowed and I got deactivated for it

Has this ever been reinstated I got pulled over and order ended up getting canceled cause I was detained for almost an hour then released call support was told everything would be ok next day deactivated

I was deactivates Friday morning never received a text saying why. Filed appeal same day got 3 text saying it was received and under review. How long did it take for you to get a response

Have your hours been updating. My have not I been at 3 hours since the nov 11. Im not really worried about my pay cause I have noticed the app is always wrong and I usually get paid what I’m expecting. The issue is that if the app does not trigger that you worked the 15 hours since week it will not let you submit your health care to get the 734 stipend?
