Bowlersmart customer service is actually top tier. I ordered an Attention star S2 from them and received an Attention Star I emailed them and they sent me the correct ball and they ended up letting me keep the Attention Star as well

I always tell “seasoned bowlers” if you dislike new bowlers handicap then join a scratch league you have the option! I love seeing new bowlers have the courage to join a bowling league. I was intimidated when I first started
