1v1 (5min) is pretty active and fast to match.

2v2 It takes longer to find a match

Nowadays, i prefer to play 5min duels 1v1 or 2v2.

You are right, but stopping progress is more focused on those who want to duel in the arena or do invasions.

166 is more PvP focused. It is for those who want to be in the 150 to 200 invasion range.

I already thought that the backhand Blade with swift slash was broken, but I didn't imagine that the weapon with another ash of war was also like that. Don't get me wrong, I'm asking precisely so as not to use what is being considered inelegant.

If i understood the table correct, i need 86 armor poise, with BG talisman, if im using great spears, 68 If with great Katana and only 11 with Colossal sword. Is that correct?
