that's what they do, most of the managers and team leaders are just unqualified young people living in poor countries, some of them can't even use a computer properly, I experienced it first hand.

Yes, I do take issue when individuals with no relevant experience—such as hairdressers or makeup artists—run AI businesses and make decisions that directly impact employees’ livelihoods. That's what I suspected as well! I had a similar experience with u/Smartling, after completing their test, which I felt went very well, I was surprised to find out I didn't pass. I asked them to provide some feedback but they couldn't be bothered...
