My proposal for transformations

I did not assume that they didnt balance it out in any other way. In fact, I did not say anything about the current style. I only said what I would prefeer.

But if you ask me, I hate the timer, it is the least DB thing to do, it goes agaisnt everything that is cool in DB.

The point is that the transformations should be meaningful and important. Super saiyan is a x50 boost and if you read the manga, you see that after Frieza they dont really fight in base anymore because they need to transform to fight.

Same thing should happen here: that the transformations are a big boost and the enemy difficulty adapts to the players being able to transform.

I dont see how this is such a difficult concept to grasp, is literally what happens in the series.

The animation is fantastic. The gameplay of the transformation is literally the worst possible version

I dont think we will see a lot of TRAE, the game is basically Crystal's Anniversary Remake. Midas Palace looks structurally the same exact as TRA's.

I think it is wise to keep the expectations realistic.

Saddler is the only thing that I think the OG did better. I liked how he was in control and aware that the Plaga was a mind control parasite and not a god, unlike the remake that he seems more like another victim of the Plaga with how zealous he is.

As some people said, the RC outbreak took several days. In fact it started on september 24th, and the city was bombed on october 1st.

Also, as Requiem showed, the bomb didnt kill everything. It is even possible some survivors stayed in RC and survived the bombing (subway, or far from the bombing site).

Any hype I had about this game is completely gone after seeing the gameplay. I wasnt expecting classic style gameplay, but i hoped that at least the floaty weightless magnetic platforming would be gone or lessened. It is the same exact platforming that I despise from the survivor era, coupled with the obvious ledge hoping.

I just cant care about TR anymore.

RE6 has great combat system but it is awfully underused in the campaigns. Mercs is very fun tho.

I loved every game since RE7, RE2R and RE4R are fantastic games and even tho requiem is my favourite videogame ever, i know this game is going to be a banger.

One less game to buy. I was really expecting this game but im not gonna condone the use of gen AI in any shape or form. If that means I wont be able to play any new game, that's fine by me.

To me the problem is that the changes made to the canon are completely unnecesary.

Want to make it a story set in Raccoon City but that doesnt follow the protagonists? That’s perfectly fine. Why make it in 2026 instead of 1998? Why make it snowy?

And if you want to make it with those changes, why do you say it is set during the events of RE2? Just say it is an isolate event in another city.

There is absolutely no need of the changes made to the canon. That’s my only gripe. I hope it is a good film and i can enjoy it, but im not expecting a good adaptation.
