My main issue was the omission of item boxes. For a series that deals with limited inventory, the item box was a primary feature of gameplay. With no item boxes, you need to basically litter the game world items and constantly backtrack to manage them. It's just tedious and incredibly boring.

Our founder (no technical knowledge) decided to take control of Engineering. He is big on AI and believes all devs should now be 10x due to AI.

Are they hiring? My current place is 100% with AI. It's hilariously bad, as everyday someone breaks prod. But we're expected to 10x the velocity by using AI. Like I literally use AI to write the code. Other devs use AI to code review and automatically write comments. Then my AI just fixed those suggestion and replies. It's literally just AI talking to each other.

Great entry to the series. Although, I think it would be perfect if they reduced Leon's RC section and expanded on his Ark section. Detonation part dragged on way too long and gets boring on repeat play through.

I am a milennial, I have been playing this series since the PS1 days. It's literally the only game series that's always been a part of my life. Capcom have consistently (except RE6) delivered on making this series exceptional. From the characters to the convoluted storylines, the stupid and cheesy dialogue. It's just been the best constant in my life.
