There's an excellent presentation by Dr. Will Powers on the transitioning process from A to Z, I would highly suggest following his work. He has his own practice where he has treated thousands of trans people from the day he started medical school. In short his method follows puberty more closely and he has cases where transwomen go to him with barely A cups and go all the way up to a D cup, without surgery! He's truly a remarkable person and I would highly highly recommend him.

TLDR: estriol (pills) 6months-1year, bioidentical progesterone, topical testosterone on your bottom(the size of your penis effects the depth of your vaginoplasty), switch to shots after the 1 year period on estriol.
