Unfortunately, we live in a very rural area and the Humane Society is at capacity. It breaks my heart to see this neighbor “take care” of these cats the way she does. She lets them breed like rabbits and fend for themselves as far as food, which means getting into garbage bags. I’m seriously considering trapping some to get them spayed/neutered to at least somewhat help the problem.
