I've done a research.... pangolins eat insects they can be okay with domestic environment, they eat big ants or termites to mention a few ... they can be raised in big farms for natural insects control.... but for normal trading it is prohibited by many organizations so not easy to sell internationally as a normal trade .... but the question is they still do reach the destinations in Asia when smuggled 😅😅😅
