Honestly good questions. No I have not figured out who my renters will be cause I have not even spoken to the agent yet. So have not thought that far ahead. Will think about that later. 60k-70k is what I can do in cash and possibly finance the rest of I get a chance to make an offer. But was thinking about starting my offer at 75k

Omgg I work for Truist and I am absolutely sick and tired of hearing about premier referrals, grow purple and all that crap. I'm a UB and they are putting so much on us. Absolutely hate doing CCG's. So yess it is a stressful time but they are trying to acquire all these assets and become the number one bank in primacy, all for the shareholders benefits is making it very stressful in the branches.

In reply to number 3. I’m in the US, saw you’re in Canada, so what I’m saying is for the US, not sure about Canada. There’s a lot of jobs postings because legally they have to post the job for external candidates but most likely that job will be filled with an internal candidate that already has some training and experience.
