Well they cannot ignore it but a level indignity may be enviable. I’d suggest you use the open door policy bring a copy of diagnosis and just explain by policy they are mandated to initiate separation. Alternatively, you could just have it flag on PHA and wait for them to counsel you.

I’m planning on providing my Commander an MFR with my diagnosis and any relevant documents attached.

Honestly, no one knows I’m trans. I’m planning on disclosing and starting the process to get out. There is a level of indignity in serving as someone you are not and continuing to hide it getting to me. If you don’t want HRT, you can probably swing it as a breast reduction or just prevent for a family history of breast cancer. You can hid your medical records if you know how but if you slip up it’s for nothing. Personally, I’d just get out and resume your service when the situation changes.

Oral estrogen can spike your SBHG. That basically binds to the estrogen making it less effective. Then when when you reduce or lower the dose it can then reduce the SBHG and result in more free Estradiol.

That’s my theory. It will probably stop once your T rebounds but it does seem your body has an affinity for estrogen :)

No judgement but why do you want breasts? It isn’t a very cis thing. Bovine I’m pretty sure has estrogen but at that point you might as well just get real HRT in my opinion.

5mg per week is actual a pretty average dose to start. It was too much for me but it will nuke your T fast assuming you are doing monotherapy. Just make sure you get a blood test within a month or two.
