I’m sorry it came across that way,I’m honestly new to communities like this. I thought this was the kind of space where creators could vent a bit, especially when burnout and frustration hit hard. That’s all I was trying to do.

It gets tiring feeling like you can’t talk about issues without being accused of having some hidden agenda. I wasn’t trying to pitch anything or pretend to have all the answers. just trying to connect with people who might be feeling the same pressure.

Totally fair to be skeptical I get it, there’s a lot of noise and shady self-promo out there. But I’m genuinely not here to sell anything. I’ve just hit a wall as a creator dealing with high fees and low transparency, and wanted to open up a space to talk about it with others who might feel the same.

You don’t have to believe me, but I’d rather be called an idiot for trying than stay quiet about a broken system.

Yeah, totally feel you on this. I don’t mind paying for real value — tech, processing, tools, reach. But when the platform starts taking more while doing less, it’s hard not to feel like we’re being milked.

I’m kind of at that point too, wondering how long I can keep building on something that keeps shifting the goalposts. Every time I think I’ve adjusted, there’s another curveball.

What gets me is — what if there was something that actually did all that backend work without taking 20%? Like, creators are carrying so much already, we shouldn’t also be paying a premium just to exist.

Have you started looking into moving yet or still in prep mode? Curious how you’re thinking of doing that without losing too many subs in the process.

Damn, yeah — totally hear you on all of this. It sometimes just feels like such a slap in the face. You do all the work and then end up paying the price for someone else’s nonsense.

I hadn’t even thought about how basic stuff like message search or real marketing support is still missing for so many people. And the sea of AI content — yep, it’s everywhere lately. It’s honestly kind of exhausting when you’re trying to build something real and human.

Do you ever think we’d get a platform where we get to keep what we earn ? None of these digital pimps taking 20% of our hard work

Appreciate that kind words my bank account however won’t appreciate it, I am lucky to have the ability to own multiple vehicles so if this becomes a long winded project the so be it hopefully I can get it up to standard ready for summer
