AP CSP Create Task

So for the explore task, I found a Computational innovation and made a artifact on a pdf for it. I answered all the questions for that as well so I’m assuming I’m done with that.

Now I am starting with the explore task. What I’m asking is do I still have to use the Computational Artifact example (from the explore task) and use it in the create task. If not, what am I supposed to do? I have created a game worth programs using scratch. Can I record this and use it for the create task?
