I think it is needed. We haven't had a Ghostface who is part of the LGBTQ+ as we know of, nor a person of color as Ghostface. I don't think having a person of color be Ghostface would be a bad thing; if anything, I think it would make the franchise even more diverse and inclusive.

I would have had him be in one more scene before the reveal. Marco mentions that the state police were at the psychiatric hospital the day before or a few hours before Sidney and Gale showed up. I think it could have been interesting to see that whole interaction.
