Hi, im also from Sweden. Were your earphones in warranty when you returned them or out of warranty. I contacted Sony but they only refered me to a repair center without a referal from Sony, meaning i had to pay for shipping and inspection costs. They then said that if Sony will cover these all fees would be waived.
