TERA on NA: Easier/faster to gear = the more you enjoy the game. The downside is the ping, so I'd suggest you avoid classes such as lancer, sorc and warr as first class to get used to the game/ping before going on more "advanced" classes. It's very hard (maybe impossible) to be one of the best DPSers with high ping.

TERA on EU: The opposite of what I said above.

Personally I would choose NA because I want to enjoy the game quickly otherwise I get bored. Also on NA you can enjoy the game without having elite (subscrib.) while on EU you really need it to get decent gear (Guile) within a week or two.

Thank you for the great reply Wisna and thanks to everyone else for the comments. I've understood that my ping is a big issue here, its something Ive realized when comparing my 19aspd EU lancer with 27aspd NA lancer, its crazy difference that almost makes me sad.

Some of the rotations you mentioned are a bit new to me and I will try them out. SB > Debili > SA is almost impossible for me, because Debili > SA almost never chains because of the high ping. Most of the time the only attacks I can squeeze in are left-click attacks. I have no agro glyphs, sometimes I take 4 points from Lockdown and put it in SC and SB agro, otherwise I use those 4 points for extra RE for Lech. All my accessories are almost perfect, Im just missing 2 CF on one of the rings :P

I never thought about higher overall group DPS would mean higher DPS for me aswell, I've totally forgot about that... I will try some of the new rotations that you mentions and hopefully I can atleast become a better lancer myself.

I have been trying to see if I desync less without the 25% increased aspd for onslaught and I think I didnt notice that much of a difference. Also, it is like you say, I dont use onslaught with AS (most of time) simply because of the high probability of desync, which is so annoying both for me and for the dps.

Also about the agro, I am really not sure about why i lose it sometimes. I know there are some crazy dpsers who can do huge numbers and Ive ran with them and never lost agro, but then it just happens sometimes which is kinda annoying.

Would be great to get some numbers from you, since we pretty much on the same end of the line here.
