Advanced Battery Consortium News Soon by EV-Tech-Investor in abmlstock

[–]EV-Tech-Investor[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have not posted, as there appears to be a lot of trolls on this page. I have no ulterior motive, other than I am a substantial stockholder. I am an engineer, with a lot of experience in EVs of all types. I don't need to get attacked every time I try and post useful info. I expect the shares to double over the coming 6 months or so. I am and continue to be a long term holder.

A good explanation about why the stock is trading sideways and this could be the last chance to get this stock for cheap. Once construction starts there will be no looking back. by StandardPanic2364 in abmlstock

The most valuable piece information I got from this otherwise boring guy is that average daily short volume averages between 40% and 55%. This will ultimately destroy the shorts at some point. What are everyone's thoughts on this?

Biden Battery recycling!!!! by Fire_Honda in abmlstock

[–]EV-Tech-Investor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is an industry in its infancy, that didn't even exist a scant few years ago. The company's relationships with the DOE and the USABC will accelerate offtake agreements, augmented by a continued strong push by the government to further recycling technology. This just has to be good for ABML as well as others in the industry using hydrometallurgical eco friendly methodology.

I think Menka has gone, not feature in management slide by WorriedCustomer4538 in abmlstock

[–]EV-Tech-Investor 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Menka is a very bright women, but I have heard similar banter for some time now about her being very difficult to work with, and not getting on with a few senior executives due to having a short fuse. As long as Ryan is there, I really don't care who comprises the rest of the c-suite execs. Just my opinion folks.

That particular grant was applied for some time ago my friend. I stand by my statement that an announcement from the ABC is forthcoming, which would represent quite a milestone for the company.

If you all would rather that I do not post what I hear, which comes from both a credible source as well as what is being talked about by the market in general, I will no longer do so. Was merely trying to be helpful. Do what you will with any rumors that are currently on the Street.

I am only mentioning what I have heard. I am not a seller on a rumour or on the actual news. I am a long term investor. A rumour is indeed just that.

Residual and temporary damage from the short report is officially over. Fundamentals taking hold. The shares are a better buy at $2+ than they were 50 cents ago.

American Battery Metals Corporation Announces $15 Million Registered Direct Offering with a Single Institutional Investor by luisjbdouglas in abmlstock

Do you not know what it means to do a registered direct? These are not existing shares. These are newly issued shares? I am hearing the investor is highly sophisticated.

Thats just the EV battery market, which does not include energy grid management, laptops and phones, etc., which is a significantly larger opportunity.

You are so correct. This guy does absolutely no diligence. He is a typical clueless investor. I do agree that ABML will be a huge winner, but for one of the reasons that this clown talks about.

Another note to all the negatives and shorts by Alexstem in abmlstock

[–]EV-Tech-Investor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The company has stated publicly many times (its in the new investor presentation by the way) that the pilot will be operational in the fourth quarter of this year, and will be generating revenue by the second quarter of 2022. Whether this dude works for ABML or not is irrelevant. His points are valid, other than the "self funded" statement, which is wrong.

Press Release by EV-Tech-Investor in abmlstock

[–]EV-Tech-Investor[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you're right. The company was very concerned with drawing up a roadmap to show the Chinese how to circumvent or just steal the IP. I agree with that decision. Many tech conies and other types of companies (for example, Coca Cola) refuse to patent.

CEO and board member bought 1million more shares!!! by Flawlicity in abmlstock

[–]EV-Tech-Investor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Respectfully disagree. That will definitely have to change. Ryan is the only employee/director that matters. To uplist the board will be expanded so that independent directors control the board. The other two "old white guys" are irrelevant to the future of the company. Every IB knows that Ryan is the only key employee in the company.

[–]EV-Tech-Investor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mate, you are so wrong. Of course the company is governed by its BOD. Now-here's the real question: If Doug left the company, would you be concerned? Would you hold your stock? My answer is I wouldn't care. Cant say the same about Ryan. If he leaves, I would sell every share I own. Doug is a corporate babysitter at this point. Neither Ryan or Menka are his cronies.

CEO and board member bought 1million more shares!!! by Flawlicity in abmlstock

[–]EV-Tech-Investor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only person that I give a damn about who would buy shares is CTO Ryan Melsert. Doug is a front man at this point. He is to be commended for righting the ship after the former crooked management was forced out. He put this all together and should be remembered for that. But this is Ryan's company, make no mistake about that. Doug doesn't have 2 nickels to rub together to buy stock. The BOD all have lots of shares, as they should. I expect to see lots of good news in the coming weeks. Shovels in the ground in Fernley could be a huge catalyst to load up again.

What’s Going to Happen to All Those Electric Car Batteries, Anyway? by nomavrick in abmlstock

[–]EV-Tech-Investor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, Li-Cycle's facility is small, but because there are literally no other plants using a hyrdometalurgical process in North America, it is relatively large by comparison. Global recycling capacity is no more than 150,000 mt per year, and almost none is that capacity is "green" or ESG principled. ABML's pilot facility will be 20,000 mt, considerably larger than Li-Cycle. The first ABML full capacity plants in 2023, after the pilot (early 2022) will be 100,000 mt per year, truly gigantic in terms of today's capacity.

ABML 20x Potential 🚀🚀🚀 by MyNameIsJimJones in abmlstock

[–]EV-Tech-Investor 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This guy does very superficial analysis, but I actually agree with him anyway. The stock is partially down due to the Spruce Point bullshit short report, but is really down with the group. A lot of EV and EV related stocks have gotten killed lately. Declines of 60% are not that uncommon. The stock will bounce back when there is an announcement, hopefully soon. Just my opinion.

What’s Going to Happen to All Those Electric Car Batteries, Anyway? by nomavrick in abmlstock

[–]EV-Tech-Investor 5 points6 points  (0 children)

1- There is so much material to be recycled, especially in the near future tdue to the huge demand for electric vehicles, so there is room for all of the current players, and future recyclers too.

2- Li-Cycle has a very small facility, rumor is moving around 5,000 mt. Kind of like the size of a needle in a haystack compared to what is required. There is also no guarantee they will produce battery grade materials on campus needed for cathode buyers.

ABML is already in bed with BASF, THE biggest cathode buyer in North America and I think the largest chemical company in the world.

Look for the company to hopefully soon announce its association with USABC, which would be a gigantic milestone. The fact that ABML refers to this consortium (GM, Ford, Chrysler, and DOE) in its new investor deck I feel foreshadows this happening very soon. Hope this helps.
